Terms of service
Effective July 12, 2026
These terms govern access to Rolt, a service operated by Rolt AI, Inc. If you use Rolt through an organization, an executed order form or other written agreement with that organization controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. You may connect an account, upload content or authorize work only when you have the right to do so. Workspace administrators are responsible for membership, roles, connections, policies and authorized audiences in their workspace.
Using Rolt
You may use Rolt only in compliance with law and these terms. Do not use it to violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, probe other tenants, generate unlawful content or conduct high-impact activity without appropriate human review.
AI results and actions
AI-generated results can be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals appropriate to the consequences of an action. Rolt's permission, approval and audit controls reduce risk but do not replace your judgment or your organization's controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and authorize Rolt to access. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and transform that content to provide, secure and support the service. You remain responsible for the content and for instructions you give Rolt.
Our service and intellectual property
Rolt, its software, designs and documentation are owned by Rolt AI, Inc. and its licensors. Except for the access expressly provided by your plan or agreement, no rights are granted. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Connected applications, model providers and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for changes, outages or acts of those services. Disconnecting a service may prevent related Goals or features from running.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage limits, or restrict access to protect users and the service. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Rolt is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Neither party is responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages except where the law does not allow that limitation. Any additional warranties, liability limits, payment terms and governing law belong in the applicable signed agreement.
